Victron BlueSolar MPPT 100/20 Solar Controller

The BlueSolar MPPT 100/20 controller from Victron is one of the most optimized controllers, both in the management of the battery charge and in the maximization of the energy extracted from the solar panel.

The sizing is simple, in 12V battery systems the recommended power is 290W, if this is exceeded the controller will limit the power to 290W. For 24V systems this value increases to 580W and for 48V systems it increases to 1160W.

Any model of photovoltaic solar panel can be used with respect:

• The maximum open circuit voltage shall not exceed 100V.
• The short-circuit current must be a maximum of 20A. A higher current could damage the controller.
• The photovoltaic voltage must be at least 5V higher than the battery voltage to start up, and 1V higher at least during operation.
