We offer the following forms of payment:

- PayPal* If you have a PayPal account can use it to pay the amount of the order.
- Credit and Debit Cards
*Payment by Paypal involves a commission of 3%.
Shipments are made through Courier Company.
Shipping costs are free from € 150 of order.
For orders less than € 150:
- € 5.90 + VAT for orders up to 1 kg.
- € 0.5 + VAT per additional kg to a maximum of € 39.90 plus VAT
Shipping costs are only for peninsula, for other locations please ask us in email@example.com or through our contact.
Delivery times range from 2 to 8 working days after confirmation of payment, depending on the territorial of the client and the volume of preparation thereof, but usually received in the following 48 hours from payment confirmation. These times are approximate and tienda-solar reserves the right to delay for issues outside the company. In any case always we try to shorten the maximum shipping deadlines to ensure rapid and efficient receipt of orders.
The fact that paid in advance does not require an order to complete the operation in case of fault out of the control of the company or stock breaking. In such cases it would proceed to the immediate return of the payment made. Additionally tienda-solar undertakes to try to compensate for the inconvenience caused to the customer by favorable terms for other purchases.
Warranty and Returns
If not satisfied with your purchase has a period of 15 days from the date of receipt thereof to execute their right of return.
To make a return the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the return and checked the condition of the goods will proceed to refund the amount thereof by bank transfer.
Shipping costs of return are borne by the customer.
If the equipment needs to be repaired, the brand's official technical service will examine the units and stipulate the cause of the failure.
If the brand's technical service determines that the cause of the failure was due to a production error covered by the warranty, the brand will repair or replace the unit free of charge.
In the opposite case, i.e. if the brand stipulates that the failure is due to misuse/misapplication/etc. by the customer, the customer must pay the costs for the analysis and/or repair of the equipment.
Tienda Solar will arrange the collection and shipment of the equipment at the customer's expense.
tienda-solar manages and maintains the file of its customers for the purpose of dealing with them. In no event shall provide any data to third parties. In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data, such as customer may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, contacting us by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Instructions on receiving the goods
Remember to follow the following instructions when you receive the order:
1. Check carefully the state in which arrives the material and identify visible damage, such as, deterioration, breaking, ...
Note: In this case, you will have to notify the damage in the delivery note.
2. IMPORTANT if you sign the delivery note, it will be assumed that the product has arrived in perfect state.
3. In case that you find a flaw in the merchandise, please indicate it on the delivery note and contact with us.
